  • Together, we will identify opportunities for long-term employee retention by uncovering effective employee accommodations and interior design modifications that regulate the nervous system.

  • Free (up to 3000 sq ft) with Consulting Service, I identify opportunities for interior design modifications and provide these in a written report.

  • After initial Consulting Services are concluded, my familiarity with your team allows me to offer several follow-up services such as individual employee coaching, support for employee improvement plans, hourly consulting and training for leadership, interior design, and more.

  • Flexible, expert advice when you need it. Book hourly support across a range of topics—from human resources to design. This focused consultation will help clarify your goals, map out next steps, and identify opportunities. Available virtually, or in-person for organizations local to Charlotte, North Carolina.

My Process

Phase 1

I will meet with you, discuss goals, and begin gathering information.

Phase 2

I get to work gathering information from your workforce, studying the facility, and synthesizing data. I will maintain open communication. This is the longest phase of the process.

Phase 3

I finalize my reports and meet for discussion. We will work together to identify areas for follow-up. De-brief.

Follow-up

Amanda will reach out to make herself available for questions and updates.
