  • Together, we will identify opportunities for long-term employee retention by uncovering effective employee accommodations and interior design modifications that regulate the nervous system.

  • Free (up to 3000 sq ft) with Consulting Service, I identify opportunities for interior design modifications and provide these in a written report.

  • After initial Consulting Services are concluded, my familiarity with your team allows me to offer several follow-up services such as individual coaching, support for employee improvement plans, and hourly consulting and training for leadership, interior design alteration work, and more.

  • Flexible, expert advice when you need it. Book hourly support across a range of topics—from human resources to design. This focused consultation will help clarify your goals, map out next steps, and identify opportunities.

Phase 1

Amanda will meet with you, discuss goals, and begin gathering information.

Phase 2

Amanda gets to work gathering information from your workforce, studying the facility, and synthesizing data. She will maintain open communication. This is the longest phase of the process

Phase 3

Amanda finalizes reports and meets for discussion. Work together to identify areas for follow-up. De-brief.

Follow-up

Amanda will reach out to make herself available for questions and updates.
